5. Chia Seeds:

Chia seeds are very much helpful for the vegetarian people those who don’t eat fish or take fish oil into their diet. Chia seeds also has omega – 3 fatty acids but the body has to do a little work to convert the alpha – linolenic acids in the seeds to DHA or EPA which directly comes from the fish oil.  

Other than omega – 3 fatty acids, these chia seeds has anti-oxidants, calcium, iron and other dietary fiber that makes you feel fuller for a longer time. In this adipose tissue, the undergoing process is where pre-adipocytes are converted into full fledged adipose tissue or fat. This overall process is called adipogenesis and studies shows that garlic is one such wonderful remedy that inhibits this adipogenisis process of making fat. Simply garlic avoids the conversion of pre fat cells into fat cells, so add this garlic into your daily diet to cut the belly fat.

Ingredients:
  • Garlic cloves – 3
  • Lemon – 1
  • Water – 1 cup

Process:
  • Take a cup of water and squeeze the lemon juice into it
  • Stir it well to make lemon water
  • Now chew the raw garlic cloves and then drink this lemon water on an empty stomach

Cinnamon is a thermogenic which tends to produce the heat through metabolic stimulation. It not only reduces the belly fat but also reduces the overall body fat. Include a teaspoon of ground cinnamon in your regular diet to increase the metabolism and to lose fat quickly.
