Starting by a seated or standing position, extend your spine for a tall, straight back. 5. Side Neck stretch

Sit on the floor and keep one hand on the floor, fingers down, about a foot away by your hip. Try not to lean or rest seriously on your fingertips. Wrap your opposite arm over-the-top of your head and rest the palm on your opposite ear. Keeping these position and your head in aligned with your neck; bend your head in the direction of your shoulder. Use your palm to lightly press your head to your shoulder. Then take your fingertips off the floor and place it on your upper arm. Try and apply mild pressure in order to press the shoulder down and away from your head. Hold this position as 10 secs. Release your hands and go back to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.

When you're in a seated or standing position, try and extend your spine for a tall, straight back. Move your jaws up and down in a chewing motion and keep your lips together. Try to inhale deeply using your nose and so gently exhale while making a humming sound. When you finish this exhaling, open your mouth with the tip by your tongue lightly pressing against the back of your bottom teeth, with your mouth opened as wide as conceivable. Hold these spot, and keep inhaling and exhaling with an audible “ahhhhhh” sound. The entire rep should take 90 secs. Accomplished two.
